Kaia Rafoss,

Kaia Lay Rafoss is a Jersey City native and is delighted to raise her own daughter in the historic Paulus Hook neighborhood where she grew up. With an undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and a Masters from Pratt Institute, Kaia spent 15 years in Audience Services management at the Roundabout Theater on Broadway before making the transition to real estate. Having witnessed the city’s decades of transformation firsthand, the career change was motivated by a love for her hometown and a desire to invest further and be part of its continued growth.

The daughter of two celebrated artists and a world traveler (current count: twenty-nine countries on five continents), Kaia has a sophisticated sense of style and a fantastic eye. Her young daughter attends local schools and camps, and they are regulars at community events.
